  • Full-time About Us We are a veteran-owned generator sales, service, and installation company serving South Florida from Vero Beach to Fort Lauderdale.
We specialize in premium residential and commercial standby power systems and have built our reputation on technical expertise, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Marketing Manager who can help us take our marketing efforts and lead generation to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to directly impact a growing company. Position Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving all marketing activities across our company. This includes managing advertising campaigns, lead generation systems, website performance, content creation, automation workflows, social media, reputation management, and reporting. The key priority would be lead generation via Meta ads and paid Google ads, but we are looking for a well rounded marketing specialist to lead all of our marketing endeavures and manage our website. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, analyzing data, implementing new ideas, and being held accountable for measurable business results.
Hours:
15-25 hours per week
Compensation:
$18
  • 25+/hour based on experience, with future performance incentives available
Location:
Hybrid preferred (Palm Beach County), remote considered for exceptional candidates Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Advertising Manage Google Ads campaigns Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising Monitor cost per lead, appointment rates, and conversion rates Identify opportunities to improve lead quality Recommend budget allocation between marketing channels Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary
  • Marketing Automation Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Jobber, GoHighLevel, AI tools, and other platforms Create automated lead follow-up sequences Improve speed-to-lead response times Implement AI-driven customer communication workflows
  • Website Management Monitor website performance and conversion rates Recommend and implement landing page improvements Optimize forms and calls-to-action Coordinate SEO initiatives Ensure website content remains current and accurate Website maintenance and security compliance
  • Content Creation Manage company social media accounts Create and schedule content Coordinate video production and editing Repurpose content across multiple platforms Assist with YouTube growth initiatives Create email campaigns and run monthly promotions Produce promotional fliers and event materials as needed
  • Reputation Management Develop systems to increase Google reviews Monitor online reputation Respond to reviews when appropriate Track Google Business Profile performance
  • Reporting & Analytics Deliver monthly marketing reports Track KPIs including: Cost per lead Lead-to-appointment conversion Appointment-to-sale conversion Cost per acquisition Website conversion rates Return on ad spend Qualifications/Preferred Experience Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager SEO Website optimization and upkeep Marketing automation platforms CRM systems Utilizing AI tools Analytics and reporting Video editing or content production Basic Graphic Design Bonus Qualifications Experience in home services Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or generator industries Experience marketing for high ticket sales Familiarity with Jobber Zapier automation experience Copywriting skills What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, this individual should: Fully understand our lead generation process Audit all current marketing efforts Identify opportunities to improve lead quality Implement at least three marketing improvements Establish consistent KPI reporting Increase lead response speed through automation Present a clear growth plan for scaling lead volume Why Join Us?
