This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and analytics, and is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-minded marketing professional who thrives on optimizing processes, leveraging data for decision-making, and enabling teams to execute more effectively. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys owning marketing operations end-to-end—from CRM and automation platforms to reporting, performance insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Location Washington, D.C. (Arlington, VA) Hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) Employment Direct hire opportunity Full-time, 40 hours per week Hybrid work environment Role Responsibilities Own and manage core marketing technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, email marketing tools, and emerging AI applications Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, IT, and other internal teams to support system integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution Manage vendor relationships and stay current on platform capabilities, updates, and new features Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations to track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs, including engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance and inform strategy Develop and enforce standardized processes for campaign execution, QA, traffic management, and reporting Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, system usability, and overall marketing operations efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives across marketing workflows, tools, and processes Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related technical marketing role 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Strong experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing marketing databases Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights in a clear, actionable way Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing performance tracking Familiarity with campaign execution workflows, traffic management systems, and marketing operations processes Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $110-140K DOE Comprehensive benefits package including paid leave, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement benefits, disability coverage, and flexible work arrangements
