Job Description

Director, Brand Marketing Role Description Your Role As Director, Brand Marketing, you will support and lead the overall US Adbry® marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of HCP marketing strategy and tactics for the US market, including branding, positioning, campaign visuals and messaging, core claims, and all US promotional materials. Additional responsibilities will include market development activities such as advocacy development, integration with promotional medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and ensuring aligment with/serving as the US point of contact for LEO Global Marketing. This is a hybrid role, based out of LEO's Madison, NJ office. Your Responsibilities
  • Developing innovative and impactful HCP US strategy and tactics
  • Sourcing and managing appropriate marketing agencies
  • Participating in and actively providing input to the Global teams regarding strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Co-leading the development of branding initiatives including positioning, strategic imperatives, and messaging
  • Collaborating with the Medical Education lead to bring the scientific narrative for Adbry® alive in the US
  • Lead and participate in advisory boards, and attend scientific sessions w needed
  • Establishing strong relationships with global and US opinion leaders to establish LEO as an important partner in treating AD and eczema, and to obtain disease, clinical and market insights
  • Establishing engaging, productive, and sustainable work relationships with key internal stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Market Access, Sales, Sales Operations, and key global functions
  • Budget management for key Adbry® advertising and promotional programs, and corresponding agencies
  • Effectively managing key vendor relationships
  • Co-leading the generation of market and disease insights through systematic market research, competitive intelligence, and business intelligence/data analysis
  • Contribute to business development/life-cycle management projects as needed Your Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in in-line/product launch marketing roles for a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
  • Dermatology experience is required
  • Prior biologics and/or rare disease experience required
  • Strong collaborative, strategic and tactical marketing skills
  • Demonstrated organizational savvy and self-awareness
  • Planning, process, and results oriented
  • Strong presentation skills to groups of all sizes
  • Technology savvy, business oriented and nimble learning abilities required
  • Proven ability to lead change and transformation through influence
  • Strong data analysis required and forecasting skills preferred
  • Understanding of multichannel marketing principles and ways of working preferred
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%) The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $290,000 per year.
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
