Contract Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Advertising to join their dynamic team.
As a key member of the Marketing Department supporting Brand and Consumer Engagement teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and collaborative skills to drive impactful marketing initiatives and elevate brand presence across all channels.

$120/hr w2 What's the Job? Lead the development of integrated marketing communication strategies that effectively build brand awareness and influence consumer behavior. Oversee the creation and execution of innovative, on-brand creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives. Manage the flawless execution of activation plans across multiple channels, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agency partners to develop inspiring briefs and drive creative excellence. Define clear KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI. What's Needed? 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a strong background in consumer packaged goods or related industries. Proven ability to develop and lead strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. Deep understanding of all communication channels—paid, earned, and owned—and how to leverage them effectively. Exceptional creative intuition and experience guiding creative agencies to produce breakthrough ideas. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across organizational levels. What's in it for me?
