Job Description
Director of Client Success & Development Position Overview:
PreNeed Systems is seeking a dynamic leader to manage our premier funeral home partnerships while spearheading our regional expansion. This is a high-impact role designed for a "self-starter" who thrives on building long-term, high-trust relationships rather than transactional sales. This position is based in Des Moines, IA and is a hybrid position between in-office and traveling to visit clients and prospects.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management Partner Advocacy:
Act as the primary point of contact for existing funeral home partners, conducting regular touchpoints and regular business reviews.Counselor Leadership:
Manage and develop preneed counselors placed within partner homes, tracking ongoing development and having critical conversations when necessary.Organic Growth:
Collaborate with current partners to develop proactive marketing plans and strategies to grow their book of business.Business Development and Expansion Structured Prospecting:
Execute a disciplined prospecting strategy to identify and engage new funeral home clients through phone outreach and physical visits.Value-Based Selling:
Identify business partnerships that drive mutually beneficial results and support our expansion.Operational Excellence:
Utilize CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, email and miscellaneous tools to stay organized, efficient, and accountable to promises made.Requirements & Attributes:
Experience:
While experience in the funeral service industry is preferred, it is not required for a candidate with a proven track record of high-level performance. 5 years of sales and account management experience preferred.Travel:
Ability to travel several days per week to support regional partners and conduct firm visits.Technical Proficiency:
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable managing data within a CRM.Mindset:

Pay:
$125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:
