Yes ~25% Position Summary A growing workforce solutions provider is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead and unify the organization's marketing function across diverse lines of business. This role is responsible for driving brand alignment, demand generation, and digital marketing performance to support revenue growth and talent acquisition goals. The Director of Marketing will oversee brand strategy, digital channels, content development, and marketing technology while building and leading a high-performing team. This leader will translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives and serve as a key partner to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Own demand generation efforts, including lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion optimization across client and candidate audiences. Establish and track KPIs tied to pipeline growth, revenue contribution, and marketing ROI. Partner closely with Sales, Recruiting, and Operations to ensure alignment with business priorities and pipeline needs. Develop campaign attribution models to evaluate performance and optimize marketing investments. Oversee marketing intake and prioritization processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource allocation across the organization. Brand Strategy & Management Lead enterprise-wide brand consolidation across multiple divisions. Define and maintain brand architecture, messaging strategy, and visual identity standards. Ensure brand consistency across all customer and candidate touchpoints. Oversee execution of rebranding initiatives across digital, print, and in-person channels. Content Strategy & Execution Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy to support lead generation, employer branding, and client engagement. Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, blog content, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials. Ensure content aligns with SEO strategy, brand voice, and target audience needs. Digital Marketing & Social Media Oversee multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including social media, paid media, and organic channels. Guide the development and execution of social media programs to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and recruiting outcomes. Monitor engagement, sentiment, and channel performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Lead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility across service lines and job categories. Direct keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and technical SEO initiatives. Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement. Website & Conversion Optimization Own corporate website and microsite strategy, ensuring optimal user experience and brand consistency. Lead website enhancements, redesigns, and A/B testing initiatives. Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels to increase lead volume and application completion rates. Marketing Technology & Analytics Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, ATS
integrations, and marketing automation platforms. Ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and system integration across platforms. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into campaign and pipeline performance. Competitive Positioning & Market Intelligence Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging strategy. Identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps to strengthen market differentiation. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on insights and analysis. Team Leadership & Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team, including internal staff and external partners. Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans. Determine optimal resourcing strategies (in-house vs. agency) to support growth. Vendor & Budget Management Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Oversee relationships with agencies, vendors, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and optimize spend to maximize ROI. Oversee promotional and branded asset strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and supporting recruiting, sales, and field engagement initiatives. Executive Communication & Reporting Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations. Serve as a key advisor on marketing's impact to growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. Qualifications Experience 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or staffing environments. 3+ years in a leadership role with team management responsibility. Proven success in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand strategy. Experience managing multi-brand or complex organizational environments. Strong understanding of marketing technology, automation, and analytics platforms.
