- now we're looking for someone to take ownership of marketing and turn it into a true growth driver for the business. We're ready to define what Stairway stands for and execute on it. What We're Looking For We want someone who thinks differently. We're looking for a marketer who's built real skills at a brand they're proud of

- Overall marketing strategy
- brand voice, messaging, positioning
- Promotions and discount architecture — with real influence on how we drive traffic and move product
- Social media, email, and web
- executing directly and managing outside partners
- Collaboration with our buying team on product positioning and launch strategy
- Ownership of external relationships
- evaluating and evolving agency/contractor support as needed What You Won't Have (At First) A big team. This is largely a one-person role supported by contractors, as needed. You'll build the function as you prove the model. If that excites you, great. If you need a team already in place, this probably isn't the right fit. What We're Looking For On Paper
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally at a consumer brand you admire
- Hands-on with social, email, and web
- not just strategy
- Strong instincts around promotions and what actually moves customers
- Comfort owning outcomes, not just activity
- Cannabis experience welcome but not required
