Why This Role Stands Out High-impact leadership role with direct influence on growth and brand strategy Opportunity to transform and modernize a marketing platform Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong leadership visibility Ability to shape marketing strategy across an expanding portfolio What You'll Do Strategic Leadership & Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives traffic, leads, occupancy, and resident engagement Champion brand evolution, ensuring a consistent, elevated experience across all channels and touchpoints Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and growth goals Lead innovative initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and resident experience Campaign Strategy & Performance Design and implement integrated campaigns supporting lease-ups and stabilized communities Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to continuously optimize ROI Translate data into actionable strategies that improve lead quality, conversion, and occupancy Digital Marketing & Brand Execution Oversee all digital channels including web strategy, paid media, email, and lead generation efforts Ensure a best-in-class website experience with strong conversion performance Direct agency and vendor relationships across: SEO and paid search Social media strategy Online reputation management Lead tracking and attribution ILS platforms and digital advertising Guide creative execution across digital, print, and on-site marketing (signage, leasing offices, models, etc.) Lead seasonal and strategic campaigns designed to enhance visibility and demand Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with operations, leasing, and onsite teams to align marketing with community-level goals Influence stakeholders across the organization and promote collaboration and accountability Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to senior leadership What You Bring Core Strengths Proven ability to lead, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach Strong communicator with exceptional presentation and storytelling skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Highly organized with strong project management capabilities Creative, innovative, and passionate about impactful marketing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive experience in multifamily marketing Demonstrated success driving both corporate branding and property-level marketing initiatives Experience supporting lease-ups and stabilized assets Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics Experience with property management platforms (AppFolio preferred) Familiarity with lead tracking and attribution systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML, or similar tools preferred Ideal Candidate Profile You are a results-driven marketing leader who: Has deep experience in multifamily or real estate marketing Understands how to drive occupancy and build demand Balances creativity with performance and analytics Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Enjoys building, optimizing, and leading marketing functions BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
