We are looking for a Director of Media & Marketing (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our media strategy and execution. This is not just a management role—you will be the driving force behind how we plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across all channels. You will lead strategy, oversee performance, and guide a growing team of marketers and media professionals. You are the person who turns insights into action and ensures every dollar spent delivers measurable results. Why Work With Us? The Environment:
We operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture where ideas move quickly from strategy to execution. You'll work closely with a motivated team that values clarity, speed, and results over bureaucracy. Ownership & Impact:

Media Strategy Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital, social, paid search, display, and traditional channels to drive performance and ROI. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, launch, tracking, and continuous optimization to ensure strong performance outcomes. Budget Management:
Own media budgets, allocate spend effectively, and maximize return on advertising investment across all channels. Performance Analytics:
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and translate insights into actionable improvements and strategic decisions. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor marketing and media team members, providing direction, feedback, and support to improve performance and execution quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, sales, and account teams to align messaging, strategy, and campaign goals. Vendor & Partner Management:
Manage relationships with external media partners, platforms, and vendors to ensure campaign success and efficiency. What We Are Looking For:

Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on performance insights. Communication Skills:
