Experience Architects:
people who thoughtfully design the environments, systems, and experiences that help relationships and business opportunities grow. It's a dynamic role where no two weeks look exactly alike. We're hiring an Event Marketing Manager (Experience Architect), and we're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, relationship management, and operational excellence. Not someone who just executes a checklist, but someone who can hold the big picture and the smallest logistical detail at the same time. The role covers our event marketing programs end-to-end: trade shows, executive dinners, partner events, client-facing programs, and internal offsites. Beyond execution, you'll also help build and improve the operational infrastructure behind those programs, including the workflows, documentation, and systems that support a scaling marketing team. We're looking for someone curious, adaptable, and proactive. Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, takes ownership seriously, and tends to leave systems better than they found them. Please submit your resume and a cover letter. In your cover letter and/or a separate written submission, please address the following: Tell us about a process, system, or workflow you improved or built from scratch. What problem were you trying to solve, and what was the outcome? Were you at liberty to invent this as you wanted? Did you have to overcome any organizational objections or convince other stakeholders to agree? How long did it take and what did the execution timeline look like? Describe a time when you were required to manage a difficult stakeholder, client, or team dynamic. What approach did you take to move the situation forward, and what was the result?
