CEO About the Role We are seeking a highly creative, entrepreneurial, and adaptable Content Creator to lead content production and creative strategy across our dealership group, while also building and managing the personal brand of our CEO and supporting content initiatives for his additional business ventures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can capture compelling stories in real time, and understands how to create content that drives engagement, trust, brand awareness, and business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, often traveling alongside him to document business activities, speaking engagements, events, meetings, and day-to-day operations. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. The role requires flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to seize content opportunities whenever they arise. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production Capture, produce, and edit high-quality photo and video content across multiple brands and platforms. Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and emerging platforms. Develop compelling storytelling that highlights dealership culture, customer experiences, leadership insights, and business growth. Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across all brands. Coordinate content shoots, interviews, testimonials, and event coverage. CEO Personal Brand Development Build and execute a strategic personal brand plan for the CEO. Identify and create content opportunities that position the CEO as a thought leader in automotive retail, entrepreneurship, leadership, and business. Film and document daily activities, meetings, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes moments. Draft social media posts, captions, articles, and thought leadership content aligned with the CEO's voice. Monitor engagement and optimize content performance based on analytics. Multi-Business Content Management Develop content strategies for the CEO's additional business ventures. Adapt messaging and creative assets to fit different audiences and industries. Ensure brand consistency while maintaining the unique identity of each business. Creative Direction & Brand Growth Maintain a creative asset library and content management system. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. Collaborate with leadership teams to support marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, and community outreach efforts. Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth across all channels. Travel & Event Coverage Travel with the CEO as needed to conferences, dealership visits, networking events, business meetings, and industry functions. Capture content in dynamic environments with minimal setup time. Be available for occasional evening and weekend events when business needs require. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of professional content creation, social media, videography, or digital marketing experience. Strong video shooting and editing skills. Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms. Experience managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement. Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make creative decisions with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently. Preferred Experience working with executives, entrepreneurs, influencers, or personal brands. Experience in automotive, retail, sales, or entrepreneurial environments. Photography and drone operation experience. Understanding of personal branding, podcast production, and YouTube content strategy. Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and analytics tools. Ideal Candidate You are:
