Field Marketing Manager

Field Marketing Manager Window World is looking for a driven leader to build, train, and lead our Field Marketing Team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Field Marketing Representatives focused on generating qualified in-home design consultations through neighborhood outreach, community engagement, and field marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys coaching people, building systems, creating accountability, and driving measurable results. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. Successful candidates will lead from the front, work directly with the team in the field, and help build a strong, competitive culture centered around growth and performance. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, train, and develop Field Marketing Representatives Lead daily team meetings, training sessions, and field activities Coach team members on communication, lead generation, and appointment-setting performance Monitor key performance metrics including appointments set, sit rates, lead quality, and sold performance Develop accountability systems and performance standards for the team Coordinate canvassing routes, neighborhood campaigns, retail events, and project-area marketing efforts Work alongside representatives in the field to provide coaching, motivation, and leadership Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to improve lead quality and overall marketing performance Help build and improve systems, scripts, training processes, and department structure as the team grows Maintain a high-energy, positive, and growth-focused team culture What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Competitive mindset with a drive for results Experience managing or coaching people High level of accountability and professionalism Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and develop team members Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working in both office and field environments Positive attitude and team-first mentality Preferred Experience Experience in canvassing, field marketing, appointment setting, or direct sales Experience managing performance-based teams Experience in home improvement, retail marketing, or customer acquisition is a plus Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends Professional appearance and communication Ability to use company technology and scheduling systems Comfortable working outdoors and in the field with team members regularly Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus performance bonuses Bonus opportunities tied to team performance and sold projects Paid training Advancement opportunities Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance PTO Holiday pay 401(k) with company match About Window World Window World is a locally owned exterior remodeling company backed by a nationally recognized brand.
