Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manger to join the team and help us build a local Retail and Events team.

Your job duties will include:

• Building a team of local field marketers to staff events and retail locations
• Book and staff localized events
• Expand the brand presence by building relationships with local retail partners
• Manager the department staff, budget, and schedule.

What is the pay? This is a three tired pay structure position. There is a competitive base salary, personal commission structure, AND a monthly bonus structure. This position is designed to help you make six figures a year. What is the schedule? The beauty of the position is that you make your own schedule! This position will require a Tuesday-Sunday schedule (weekends are a must) and a minimum of 40 hours a week, with some weeks requiring more than that. The actual day-to-day schedule is up to you! If the goals are achieved and you are hitting the metrics required you make your own schedule! No micromanaging, we are looking for self-starters and natural leaders! What support do we give? You will have a company budget and expense budget including a travel budget. We have a local office for team building and an experienced recruitment department that will help you build your team. Training materials, systems and procedures, marketing materials etc. are all already in place and at your disposal. Join a proven brand! $65,000.00
