The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and oversee marketing campaigns, identify potential clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing marketing plans, managing existing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and enhancing brand presence to achieve organizational objectives. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related leadership role. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Experience building and maintaining strong customer and community relationships. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and local SEO. Demonstrated success in sales strategy, lead generation, and revenue growth planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing or CRM software. Ability to analyze data and use key performance metrics to make business decisions. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and innovation. Commitment to honesty, professionalism, and creating a positive team culture. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for business development, networking, and community events. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive service industry, quick lube industry, or multi-location retail operations.
