If so, GOD TV is seeking an exceptional Global Marketing Director to lead its marketing strategy at a pivotal moment of international growth. Reporting directly to the GOD TV board, this is an executive-facing leadership role with responsibility for shaping the global brand, driving audience growth, and leading a major expansion into the United States. This role represents a rare opportunity to define and execute a large-scale, multi-channel market entry strategy in one of the world's most competitive media landscapes, while unifying and elevating GOD TV's global marketing approach. The Role The Global Marketing Director will set the strategic direction for all marketing activity across GOD TV, bringing together brand, digital, content, and campaign execution into a single, cohesive global strategy. They will provide leadership across internal creative, digital, and production teams, ensuring that all marketing outputs are aligned, insight-led, and delivering measurable impact. A central focus of the role will be the leadership of a high-profile US expansion, requiring the design and orchestration of a fully integrated, omni-channel campaign spanning above-the-line, digital, outdoor, PR, and influencer activity. Operating at both strategic and executive level, the Global Marketing Director will be responsible for translating ambition into action; building the frameworks, partnerships, and accountability needed to deliver results at scale. Core Responsibilities Global Marketing Leadership:
Define and own GOD TV's global marketing strategy, aligned to organisational vision and growth priorities Establish a clear and compelling global brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all markets and platforms Own and manage the global marketing budget Approve marketing expenditures within delegated authority Develop marketing policies, frameworks, and operating standards Make independent decisions regarding marketing strategy, resource allocation, and campaign investment Lead the evolution of GOD TV's marketing capability, embedding best-in-class practices across teams and channels US Market Expansion:
Architect and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for GOD TV's expansion into the United States Deliver a large-scale, integrated campaign across multiple channels, ensuring strong market penetration and brand impact Appoint, lead, and hold accountable a network of external agency partners across media buying, PR, influencer, and creative disciplines Ensure all campaign activity is data-informed, performance-driven, and continuously optimised Executive Leadership & Integration:
Provide senior leadership across internal marketing, creative, digital, and production functions Align cross-functional teams around clear strategic priorities and campaign objectives Act as a key strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to broader organisational direction Lead recruitment, performance management, and development of marketing personnel Performance & Accountability:
Define clear success metrics across brand, audience growth, and campaign performance Establish robust reporting frameworks to provide clarity and transparency at board level Drive a culture of accountability, using data and insight to inform decision-making and optimise outcomes Candidate Profile Experience & Track Record:
Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-market marketing strategies within complex organisations Proven success delivering high-impact campaigns within the United States market Deep expertise across omni-channel marketing, including above-the-line, digital, outdoor, PR, and influencer Strong track record of managing and scaling external agency ecosystems Experience within media, broadcast, streaming, or similarly audience-led sectors is highly desirable Leadership & Influence:
Demonstrated experience operating at senior leadership level, with exposure to executive or board stakeholders Ability to lead through influence, aligning diverse teams behind a shared vision Highly credible communicator, capable of representing marketing at the most senior levels Strategic Capability:

To best support our clients and team, this role is open only to candidates who are physically located in the state of Colorado, CO.
