We provide physicians with the operational infrastructure, technology, staffing, and support necessary to deliver high-quality, timely medical-legal opinions. We are seeking an innovative marketing professional to lead our next-generation digital visibility strategy across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. Position Overview The AEO/GEO Manager will be responsible for increasing OrthoLegal's visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI-driven search and recommendation platforms. This role goes beyond traditional SEO. The ideal candidate understands how professionals discover information today and can develop strategies that position OrthoLegal as the authoritative source for medicolegal and workers' compensation expertise. The position will directly support attorney acquisition, physician recruitment, brand authority, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility within AI-generated search results. Monitor how OrthoLegal and affiliated physicians appear across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI platforms. Build content structures that improve AI citation and recommendation rates. Optimize schema, structured data, and knowledge graph presence. Identify opportunities to increase authority signals and digital trust. Search & Website Strategy Manage organic search performance and technical SEO initiatives. Conduct keyword, topic cluster, and intent analysis. Improve website architecture, internal linking, and conversion pathways. Collaborate with developers on website enhancements. Content & Thought Leadership Create content strategies targeting attorneys, physicians, and workers' compensation stakeholders. Coordinate publication of articles, videos, case studies, and educational resources. Repurpose physician expertise into searchable digital content. Develop strategies to increase online authority and citations. Analytics & Growth Track website traffic, lead generation, search rankings, AI visibility, and conversion metrics. Build executive dashboards and monthly performance reports. Identify new growth opportunities and test emerging marketing channels. Continuously evaluate ROI and customer acquisition costs. Reputation & Authority Management Monitor online reputation and brand mentions. Manage physician profile visibility. Improve local search presence for physician offices throughout California. Develop backlink and authority-building initiatives. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing. Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems. Experience with AI search optimization (AEO/GEO).
Experience with:
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.), WordPress or CMS platforms Strong analytical and writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Experience marketing professional services, healthcare, legal, or B2B businesses. Familiarity with structured data/schema markup. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Experience creating executive-level performance reporting. Success Metrics Within the first 12 months, this role will be expected to: Increase attorney lead generation. Increase physician recruitment inquiries. Improve visibility across AI search platforms.
