This role is fully remote, option for hybrid if desired in Lake County, IL or Florham Park, NJ. Role Summary The HCP Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and executing brand marketing strategies targeted to healthcare professionals. This role translates brand strategy into high-quality, compliant execution across multiple channels, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and analytics. The position plays a critical role in driving go-to-market plans, supporting sales force execution, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful HCP-facing materials. Travel is required. Top Must Have Skills Ability to translate HCP brand strategy into effective execution across channels Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a matrixed environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sales force communications Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to use data to inform recommendations Working knowledge of regulatory, promotional review, and MLR processes Additional Qualifications Prior pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, with a focus on HCP marketing Experience supporting go-to-market strategy and sales execution Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and Salesforce communications Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities Experience developing multi-channel promotional deliverables Background at a large pharmaceutical organization preferred Responsibilities Execute key deliverables of HCP marketing plans, ensuring alignment to brand strategy and business objectives Support marketing execution across multiple channels, including print materials, personal promotional materials, peer-to-peer programs, congress engagements, sales aids, and lead-behind materials Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to push materials through the MLR review process efficiently and compliantly Develop and manage Salesforce communications and materials for sales representatives Execute go-to-market plans and support launch or lifecycle initiatives Analyze market dynamics, performance data, and insights to inform recommendations and optimize execution Maintain awareness of competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving HCP needs Drive results through oversight of sales force execution, including clear communication and impactful training initiatives Support day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance expectations are met In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
