ROLE OVERVIEW ZEBRA
is seeking a creative, community-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our creator ecosystem across Instagram. This is a hybrid role based in Argyle, TX, sitting at the center of our content strategy, influencer community, affiliate revenue, and cross-functional team coordination. The ideal candidate is a relationship-first operator who builds authentic creator communities, drives measurable Superfiliate revenue, and serves as a key support partner to the CEO across strategic initiatives, partnerships, and executive operations. This person reports directly to and works closely with CEO and COO, and is responsible for ensuring that all content, creators, and channel operators are aligned, on-brand, and executing consistently each week.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 01
| Influencer Community Building & Relationship Management This is the most important pillar of the role. The new manager will significantly elevate how we build and maintain our influencer community — moving from transactional outreach to a genuine, engaged ecosystem of brand advocates. Audit all previous influencer communications from: monthly newsletters, contest announcements, and campaign briefs. Understand what worked, what fell flat, and where relationships were left warm vs. cold. Review and revive our coffee chat program (as it makes sense, roughly 2-3 times per year). Schedule, plan, and lead one-on-one calls with top and mid-tier influencers each quarter — go beyond scripted questions to learn their creative goals and how ZEBRA can show up as a true partner. (With Jenn's approval) Develop a refreshed community engagement rhythm: birthday recognition, milestone celebrations, early product access, exclusive drops, and co-creation opportunities. Support UGC & Whitelisting opportunities. Build and maintain a living influencer relationship map: communication history, preferences, performance, personal milestones, and relationship temperature for each creator. Lead all influencer outreach, onboarding, and retention with warmth and intentionality. Develop campaign briefs that speak the creator's language — clear direction with room for authentic creative expression. Monitor influencer content usage rights, exclusivity windows, and contract compliance. 02 | Superfiliate Channel Ownership This role is the sole owner of Superfiliate — our affiliate and influencer commerce platform. Ownership means full accountability for onboarding, performance, communication, and revenue.
Own the full Superfiliate platform:
onboarding, link and code management, performance tracking, and reporting. Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with all active affiliates — they should hear from you regularly, not just when there's a problem. (Instagram DMs, comments, emails, random check-ins) Drive influencer affiliate revenue on Instagram. Identify opportunities to grow the affiliate component of new partnerships. Hold the channel to the minimum weekly revenue floor and monthly targets (see Benchmarks section) — identify and respond to dips before they compound.
Run monthly performance reviews:
identify top earners, underperformers, and opportunities to reactivate dormant affiliates. Create and manage monthly contests and incentive programs to keep the affiliate community motivated and competing. Come up with creative ideas here to keep them engaged. Align affiliate campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments in partnership with Jenn and Adair. 03 | Instagram Influencer Program Own all Instagram influencer partnerships: outreach, briefs, content review, posting schedules, and performance tracking. Identify and vet new Instagram creator opportunities aligned with the ZEBRA brand aesthetic and audience. Stay in touch with Jenn on a monthly cadence of our focus for new influencers, since we have a lot right now. (The goal as of May 2026 is not to bring on a ton per month.) Review and optimize the current Instagram influencer roster — deepen the right relationships and sunset those that are underperforming. Align all Instagram influencer content with Superfiliate links to ensure every partnership has a clear revenue conversion path. Surface strong influencer-created content to the Marketing Coordinator for potential use in the Instagram marketing calendar. 04 |
Reviews, Loyalty & Customer Advocacy Oversee Okendo:
manage review generation strategies, moderate submissions, and report on review volume and quality.
Oversee LoyaltyLion:
support loyalty campaign execution, monitor participation, and identify retention opportunities. Align reviews and loyalty initiatives with broader brand moments in collaboration with the marketing team. 05 | Data Tracking, Reporting & KPIs Track and report weekly on Superfiliate performance against the weekly floor and monthly targets. Maintain organized documentation for all influencer, affiliate, and content activity. Provide regular reporting to Jenn and Adair on influencer conversions, content performance, and affiliate program health. Flag performance issues early and propose proactive solutions. Keep adding data to Power BI Excel tracker as directed. 06 | CEO Executive & Strategic Support This role provides direct support to Jenn (CEO) across a range of strategic and operational initiatives. This is a high-trust function that requires discretion, proactive communication, and strong organizational skills. Media & Events Research, coordinate, and schedule media appearances: podcast interviews, press features, and editorial opportunities. Manage logistics, prep materials, and ensure Jenn is set up for success.
Plan and coordinate in-person events:
logistics, vendor coordination, RSVP tracking, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up. Serve as an organizational anchor for brand activations, trade shows, and community events. Brand & Affiliate Partnerships Support affiliate partnership development: research prospective partners, draft outreach communications, manage follow-ups, and maintain a pipeline tracker for active and prospective affiliate relationships. Assist in identifying, vetting, and onboarding brand collaboration opportunities: co-marketing campaigns, product collaborations, cross-promotional partnerships, and brand gifting programs. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications. UGC & Creator Partnerships Support UGC (User-Generated Content) partnership coordination: source, negotiate, brief, and track UGC creators for brand content needs. Maintain a library of approved UGC assets and usage rights documentation. Assist with licensing or paid UGC agreements as directed by Jenn. General Executive Support Serve as a proactive right hand to the CEO — anticipate needs, fill gaps, and take initiative on tasks before being asked. Manage communications, follow-ups, and project tracking as directed. Support Jenn on any ad-hoc strategic projects, presentations, or research as needed.
