$20•$25 per hour + Performance-Based Incentives Position Overview Seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outreach Coordinator to support patient acquisition, referral development, and community engagement initiatives. This individual will play a key role in expanding referral networks, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing awareness of our behavioral health and psychiatric services. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare outreach professional who enjoys building relationships, networking with providers, and contributing to organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, employers, and community organizations. Conduct in-person outreach and networking activities throughout assigned territories. Identify and pursue new referral opportunities across Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida. Assist with community engagement efforts, educational events, and provider presentations. Assist with referral pipeline development and community partnership initiatives. Attend networking events, provider meetings, and community outreach activities. Support internal referral initiatives for specialized services, including TMS and Ketamine programs. Coordinate with website and marketing vendors regarding social media content, campaigns, and community engagement efforts. Track outreach activities, referral sources, and partnership development efforts using CRM and reporting systems. Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and market expansion initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Previous experience in healthcare outreach, physician liaison, business development, provider relations, community engagement, healthcare sales, or related fields preferred. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and community outreach activities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Experience Behavioral health, psychiatry, healthcare, hospital, or medical practice experience. Experience working with referral sources, healthcare providers, or community organizations. Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient referral processes.
