Market Manager

Part-time | Flexible Hours Browncroft Budz is a licensed New York State cannabis dispensary focused on delivering premium products, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming community experience. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized Part-Time Market Manager to help grow our brand presence and customer base throughout the Rochester area. Responsibilities Represent Browncroft Budz at community events, pop-ups, and networking opportunities Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach Help manage social media engagement and local brand awareness initiatives Coordinate in-store promotions and special events Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve operations and offerings Support dispensary staff and management with day-to-day promotional efforts Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, or cannabis industry experience preferred Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Knowledge of cannabis products and New York cannabis regulations is a plus Must be 21+ years old Reliable transportation required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay + potential bonuses Opportunity to grow with an emerging cannabis brand Fun, fast-paced, and community-oriented environment If you are passionate about cannabis, marketing, and connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you.
