We provide furniture solutions for corporate offices, educational facilities, healthcare environments, public-sector projects, and collaborative workspaces. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Market Manager to develop and expand our presence throughout the Jacksonville and broader North Florida markets. Position Summary The Market Manager will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle. This role is well suited for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and wants to play a foundational role in growing a territory. The successful candidate will work closely with company ownership and dedicated project support team, with the autonomy to develop business throughout North Florida on their own terms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue throughout the Jacksonville and broader North Florida markets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, education, healthcare, and government sectors Build and maintain relationships with business owners, facilities managers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and commercial real estate professionals Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and project follow-through Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and project walkthroughs Maintain an active pipeline and track opportunities through the sales process Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings Collaborate with internal project management, design, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution Qualifications We are open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to develop business throughout North Florida. Experienced Professionals Candidates with backgrounds in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Commercial furniture sales B2B sales or business development Commercial real estate Architecture and interior design Construction or project management Healthcare, education, municipal, or government sales Existing professional relationships within Jacksonville, Gainesville, or the broader North Florida market are a significant advantage and will be reflected in compensation. New to the Industry We are also open to candidates without commercial furniture experience. If you have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the drive to build relationships, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed. Candidates with backgrounds in customer-facing roles, account management, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, or other relationship-driven fields are encouraged to apply. A base draw is available during the ramp-up period.
