We're a founder-led Houston brand growing fast, with an active wholesale presence and a point of view that's as much about how women feel as how they look. We move quickly, we sweat the details, and we'd rather be distinctive than safe. The Role We have a 12-month marketing scaffold ready to run, and we need someone to bring it to life. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll own the day-to-day of our email, social, and content — turning a clear plan into consistent, on-brand output. You won't be building strategy from scratch (we've done that), but if you're thriving at the six-month mark, you'll help shape the next 12-month plan with us. This role is a fit for a sharp generalist who likes variety, works well off a plan, and can both create casual content and keep the trains running. What You'll Do Content
Capture quick, authentic BTS and lifestyle footage — founder moments, product, day-in-the-life — for Reels and short-form social
Edit that footage into polished-enough, on-brand clips (this is casual content, not produced interviews)
Coordinate with our professional photography partner, who handles product shots and flat lays Email (Klaviyo)
Plan, schedule, and deploy campaigns using our existing templates
Pull and report on basic performance from Klaviyo's dashboard Social Media
Manage our social calendar, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
Keep content consistent with the marketing scaffold and brand voice Events & PR
Scout and flag local Houston events and opportunities where Steffie's should show up
Follow up on our existing PR and speaking-engagement leads (interviews, podcasts, etc.) from our contact list
(We can bring in a PR sub-contractor for heavier lifts, but comfort with outreach is a plus) Planning

2+ years in marketing, social, or content (brand-side or agency)
Comfortable shooting and editing casual short-form video on a phone or simple setup
Hands-on with an email platform (Klaviyo experience a strong plus)
Organized and self-directed — you can take a plan and run with it
Based in Houston and able to be in person at least 2 days/week Nice-to-haves
Experience with a DTC, fashion, beauty, or wellness brand
A sense of humor and a feel for voice that's expert, inviting, uplifting, and modern
