Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you lead Fisher Investments' in-house creative studio fishtank, shaping our marketing content and brand voice. You mentor writers and content strategists, set quality standards, and collaborate with design and project management to drive innovative campaigns. You will evolve content systems, scripts, and messaging across markets, leveraging AI and new tools to scale impact. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends editorial excellence with strategic storytelling.
Compensation / Benefits
- Editor-in-chief for all marketing copy and brand-consistent messaging
- Lead, coach, and manage a diverse content team and external partners
- Plan and assign workflow to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency
- Provide actionable feedback and training to improve writing quality
- Create briefs and messaging frameworks for on-brand content
- Develop scalable systems, templates, and standards across campaigns
- Contribute hands-on to quality and project support as needed
- Mentor professional growth and career development
- Drive adoption of new technologies and process improvements (including generative AI)
- Collaborate with other teams and leadership, using performance data to refine strategy Tasks
- 10+ years leading copy/content teams in-house or at an agency
- Proven track record mentoring writers and content strategists
- Exceptional writing/editing skills and deep brand-voice understanding
- Experience creating messaging frameworks for multi-channel campaigns
- Strong portfolio across short- and long-form copy
- Inspiring, motivating leadership style for a creative team
- Solid understanding of financial services/investing vocabulary
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma and generative AI Key requirements
