Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, life & disability insurance The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company's overall marketing and communications strategy. This individual will oversee brand management, digital marketing initiatives, community engagement, campaign development, and organizational communications while partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can think creatively, execute effectively, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.
What You'll Do:
Brand Strategy & Oversight Lead and maintain the organization's brand identity, voice, and positioning across all platforms and markets. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and patient/family experience across clinics and communications. Support brand growth initiatives, new clinic launches, and expansion efforts. Marketing Campaign Development Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support patient growth, recruitment efforts, community outreach, and brand awareness. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. Oversee digital, print, social media, email, referral, and community-based marketing initiatives. Communications Lead internal and external communications strategy. Create compelling messaging and community engagement. Communication strategy development and execution Digital Marketing & SEO Oversee website strategy, optimization, and ongoing enhancements. Drive SEO and local search optimization initiatives to improve visibility and patient acquisition. Monitor website analytics, digital engagement, and marketing performance metrics. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on digital advertising and online presence management. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with clinical, operations, recruiting, intake, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals. Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. Collaborate on growth strategies, service line promotion, and community engagement opportunities. Vendor & Budget Management Manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, printers, web vendors, and external partners. Oversee marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Leadership & Growth Help build scalable marketing infrastructure to support organizational growth. Identify new opportunities, trends, and innovative strategies to strengthen market presence. Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented team environment.
Requirements What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. 3-5 years of progressive marketing leadership experience. Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand strategy initiatives. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, website management, analytics, and social media strategy. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and project timelines. Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
