Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing organization and drive direct-to-consumer growth. The Marketing Director will define strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, oversee content and creative production, manage lifecycle and CRM programs, and optimize performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on campaign execution, and data-driven optimization to grow revenue, scale customer acquisition, and maximize lifetime value.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet the overall marketing strategy and roadmap for DTC growth, aligning marketing goals with company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, hire, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team including performance, content, social, and CRM specialists.
Own campaign planning and execution across paid social, search, email, content, and influencer channels to drive acquisition and retention.
Build and manage lifecycle marketing and automation programs using platforms such as Klaviyo and HubSpot to increase engagement and LTV.Develop creative direction and oversee content and asset production to ensure on-brand, high-converting messaging across channels.
Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) through test-and-learn frameworks and rigorous attribution analyses.
Manage marketing budget, allocate spend to channels with highest ROI, and work with finance on forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment on promotions, launches, and retention initiatives.
Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed, while maintaining ownership of strategy and performance outcomes.
Establish reporting cadences, dashboards, and insights to inform executive leadership and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role, preferably in DTC or e-commerce.
Proven track record driving growth and improving unit economics (demonstrable improvements in CAC, LTV, and ROAS).Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong experience managing paid social, search, email, content, and influencer marketing channels.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to measure attribution, run experiments, and inform budget allocation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience creating and overseeing content and creative production for high-impact campaigns.
Comfortable owning budgets, vendor relationships, and P&L-level marketing performance.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a bias for action and data-driven decision making.
