About Extra Mile Partners Extra Mile Partners is a tech and marketing agency serving a broad range of clients across multiple industries and account types. Our work spans strategy, branding, digital marketing, technology, client experience, and business development support. We are seeking a polished, highly organized Marketing & Events Manager to lead premium events centered around a local, high-end facility. This role is ideal for someone who can plan, promote, execute, and refine exclusive events that strengthen client relationships and elevate the Extra Mile Partners brand. Role Overview The Marketing & Events Manager will oversee the full event lifecycle, including strategy, planning, promotion, vendor coordination, facility presentation, guest experience, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. The right candidate is part marketer, part producer, part host, and part operator. They know how to make events feel elevated, organized, intentional, and valuable. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Plan and manage high-end events hosted at a local exclusive facility. Build event concepts that support client relationships, business development, and brand positioning. Manage timelines, budgets, guest lists, vendors, run-of-show documents, staffing, setup, and teardown. Coordinate catering, décor, signage, audio/visual, entertainment, parking, registration, and guest flow. Lead on-site execution and resolve issues before they affect the guest experience. Marketing & Promotion Create promotional plans for events across email, social media, web, direct outreach, paid media, and partner channels. Work with internal teams on invitations, landing pages, event messaging, signage, follow-up campaigns, and marketing assets. Position events as exclusive, high-value experiences for clients, prospects, partners, and guests. Track attendance, engagement, lead capture, and post-event performance. Facility & Guest Experience Own the presentation and readiness of the local event facility. Maintain premium standards for hospitality, cleanliness, staging, signage, staff presentation, and atmosphere. Manage RSVPs, guest communications, confirmations, check-in, VIP handling, and post-event outreach. Represent Extra Mile Partners with professionalism, discretion, and strong hospitality instincts. Vendor & Partner Management Source and manage vendors including caterers, rental companies, florists, photographers, videographers, production teams, entertainment, and security. Review vendor deliverables, invoices, contracts, and service quality. Build reliable vendor relationships that support consistent, high-end execution.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
