A global consumer products company is seeking a Marketing Lead to join its Marketing team based in Bergen County New Jersey. (Hybrid Remote) This position leads a small team responsible for portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, communications, and P&L oversight to accelerate brand penetration and outperform market growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze brand performance using syndicated data and shopper insights Support brand rejuvenation and partner co-marketing Monitor P&L, track market performance, diagnose share shifts, and recommend strategic actions Lead product and packaging innovation while partnering cross-functionally to deliver growth-driving insights What you'll bring: 5+ years of consumer products marketing experience Strong business acumen and analytical skills Success in managing Brand P&Ls People Management experience Hands-on experience with syndicated data tools Bachelor's degree This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization.
