Prime Developments is a growing custom home builder specializing in beautiful custom homes and stunning home additions. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design , and creating homes that our clients love for a lifetime. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented team member to help tell our story through compelling visuals and social media content. Role Overview We're hiring a Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. You'll capture and create beautiful content that showcases our custom homes, construction process, and client transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Take high-quality photos and videos of job sites, finished homes, construction progress, and team activities Edit photos and videos to create engaging content (Reels, Stories, carousels) Write captions and manage posting schedule Respond to customer inquiries and messages with excellent customer service Help coordinate marketing efforts to attract new clients
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing social media for a business (required) Strong photography skills Video shooting and editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Excellent written communication and customer service skills Creative eye for visually appealing content, especially architecture and construction Self-motivated with ability to work independently Passion for home building / design is a big plus
