Oversee content creation efforts across various platforms, including website content management systems like WordPress and content management tools. Utilize SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics to improve organic search rankings and website performance. Coordinate graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for promotional materials, social media assets, and website visuals. Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior data with SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and performance marketing techniques to enhance user engagement and lead generation. Monitor campaign performance through analytics dashboards; prepare reports on key metrics such as traffic growth, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends—including B2B marketing practices—and incorporate innovative tactics into ongoing campaigns. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. Demonstrated ability to develop successful content strategies that include copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content creation. Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and Google Ads with measurable results. Familiarity with website management systems such as WordPress or other CMS platforms; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL or similar tools for data analysis; ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools for nurturing leads and engaging audiences effectively. Experience working within e-commerce environments or B2B marketing settings is highly desirable. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
