Job Summary:
Aloha Practice Management is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at AlohaABA. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. We are looking for a creative and analytical marketer who is passionate about delivering results through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
    Digital Strategy:
    Develop and execute an overarching digital marketing strategy that aligns with AlohaABA's business objectives.
      SEO and SEM:
      Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns.
        Content Marketing:
        Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email.
          Social Media Management:
          Manage and grow our social media presence, creating and curating content to engage our target audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
            Email Marketing:
            Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
              Analytics and Reporting:
              Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance and ROI.
                Budget Management:
                Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI across various channels.
                • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work on improving website user experience and conversion rates through A/B testing and other CRO strategies.
                Competitor Analysis:
                Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
                Qualifications:
                • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
                • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
                • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
                • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, social media management tools).
                • Excellent communication and project management skills.
                • Creative thinking and the ability to identify new opportunities.
                • Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
                Pay:
                $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Application Question(s): How many years of digital marketing experience do you have?
