We're seeking a Marketing Manager who can translate insight into strategy and ensure our marketing efforts reach the right people with the right message. About the Role The Marketing Manager leads our marketing strategy from concept to performance review—defining goals, tracking results, and ensuring our message aligns with our mission and brand. This position focuses on strategy, analytics, and management, not day-to-day content creation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends. Define target audiences and craft positioning strategies that drive engagement and donor growth. Set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets. Oversee media and advertising partners to optimize for ROI. Manage media, influencer, and ambassador relationships to expand reach and credibility. Build and maintain key strategic partnerships. Use analytics tools to synthesize data into actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing and customer segmentation to refine targeting. Design and implement crowdfunding or campaign-based marketing initiatives.
This role does not include:
Design, copywriting, content scheduling, SEO strategy, paid media execution, or video production. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience. Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics and/or Meta certification preferred). Strong data synthesis and strategic thinking skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital platforms. Passion for mission-driven work and alignment with a faith-based organization . Preferred Attributes Skilled at turning insight into strategy. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, startup-style environment. Able to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
