Position Summary United Print, Signs & Graphics is seeking a creative, self-directed Marketing Manager to build, own, and run our in-house marketing function end to end. This is a builder's role for someone who can set strategy and execute it — developing the brand, driving qualified leads, and modernizing how we use technology to reach and convert customers. The ideal candidate blends marketing fundamentals with fluency in today's AI-powered marketing stack, and thrives with autonomy in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and own the annual marketing strategy, calendar, and budget aligned to revenue goals. Define target customer segments (small business, real estate, events, retail, construction, trade show) and tailored positioning for each. Set, track, and report on KPIs (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, ROI). Content & Brand Own brand voice, visual consistency, and messaging across all channels.
Plan and produce content:
web copy, blog/SEO articles, case studies, email campaigns, social posts, and print/signage portfolio showcases. Manage the company website in WordPress — updates, landing pages, SEO, and conversion optimization. Demand Generation & Digital Run lead-generation campaigns across email, paid search/social, SEO, and local listings (Google Business Profile, directories). Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM:
pipeline hygiene, lead routing, automated nurture sequences, and reporting in partnership with sales. Manage social media presence and community engagement. AI & Marketing Technology Build and maintain a modern AI-assisted marketing workflow for content creation, design ideation, ad copy, analytics, and personalization. Evaluate, implement, and train the team on marketing tools and integrations. Collaboration & Operations Partner closely with sales and the production/design team to align messaging with what we actually deliver. Coordinate with outside vendors (printers, ad platforms, freelancers) as needed. Manage the marketing budget and report on spend vs. results. Required Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in a strategic or management capacity. Demonstrated working knowledge of AI marketing stacks (generative AI for copy/imagery, AI features in CRM/automation platforms). Hands-on experience with WordPress (or a comparable CMS). Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proven ability to work independently and own projects from concept to results. Preferred Qualifications Experience in print, signage, graphics, or a related B2B/local-services industry. Working familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) — enough to direct and review creative. SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and email marketing platform experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
