As we continue to expand our portfolio across multiple markets, we are seeking a dynamic leader to drive both marketing performance across the organization. Position Overview The Regional Marketing Manager high impact leadership role responsible for driving portfolio-wide marketing performance while developing and elevating onsite team capabilities through structured training programs. This position bridges strategy and execution , ensuring consistency in brand standards, leasing performance, and operational excellence across all communities. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and people-focused , with the ability to influence outcomes at both the corporate and onsite levels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Branding Develop and execute portfolio-wide marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning. Establish and maintain consistent brand standards across all properties, platforms, and materials. Oversee the creation of branding, marketing collateral, digital content, and campaigns tailored to each asset. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and strategy. Support branding and marketing strategy for new developments, including lease-ups and repositioning efforts. Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Monitor and optimize KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lease, and ROI. Ensure accuracy and performance across property websites, ILS platforms, and Google Business listings. Manage relationships with third-party agencies, branding partners, and technology vendors. Leverage marketing technology, CRM systems, and automation tools to improve lead management and conversion. Leasing Performance & Resident Engagement Partner with onsite teams to improve lead follow-up, conversion rates, and overall leasing effectiveness. Develop and implement targeted leasing campaigns for lease-ups, stabilization, and renewals. Enhance resident engagement through events, programming, and initiatives such as Elevation Club. Oversee online reputation management, ensuring timely and professional responses to reviews. Support onsite teams in executing community marketing plans and local outreach initiatives. Training & Development Design and deliver training programs focused on leasing performance, marketing execution, customer service, and operational excellence. Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, related to marketing and branding. Lead workshops, onboarding sessions, and ongoing coaching for onsite and corporate teams related to marketing. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth across the organization. Operational Support & Field Execution Provide direct support to onsite teams as needed, including leasing, marketing execution, and resident experience initiatives. Assist with lease-up strategy, pre-leasing setup, and system configuration. Conduct audits of marketing, curb appeal, model units, and customer experience standards. Support regional managers in achieving occupancy, revenue, and performance goals. Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics Develop and manage annual marketing budgets aligned with asset and portfolio goals. Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, leasing trends, and ROI. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance. Technology & Innovation Stay current on PropTech trends and implement tools that enhance marketing, leasing, and training outcomes. Oversee CRM, PMS, and lead management systems to ensure data accuracy and process consistency. Introduce innovative solutions such as virtual tours, AI leasing tools, and interactive content.
