Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a legal services organization in Orlando, FL. The Marketing Manager will work closely with executive leadership, attorneys, firm owners, and external vendors to support strategic growth and enhance the firm's market presence. - Manage the firm's digital marketing presence, including website updates, SEO, social media campaigns, newsletters, blogs, client communications, attorney bios, and online content.
- Support business development and client engagement through event planning, sponsorship coordination, client gifting, market research, competitive analysis, proposals, presentations, and collateral development.
- Lead marketing project management activities, including annual marketing calendars, budgets, reporting, vendor coordination, campaign performance tracking, and process improvements.
- Maintain and leverage the firm's CRM system to support accurate data management, targeted marketing campaigns, client outreach, and business development efforts.
- Coordinate reputation management, public relations, media relations, attorney awards, rankings, thought leadership content, and internal communications to strengthen brand visibility.
- Partner with attorneys and leadership on RFPs, pitches, capability statements, crisis communications, training, and strategic marketing initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
