About Locomotive Locomotive is a live experience studio behind some of the fastest-scaling event formats in the world. Our flagship Bingo Loco runs in 300+ cities and sells over 1 million tickets a year. We own and operate a growing portfolio of touring entertainment brands — including Electronic Orchestra and K-Pop Superstars, alongside a portfolio of club-format properties. We're building a format-led, brand-driven, operator-grade live entertainment company. The Role We're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing across our club-format properties. This is a hands-on, multi-venue, multi-market role for someone who knows nightlife inside-out : how to fill a room on a Saturday, how to work an influencer network, how to run guestlist and door programs, and how to make a venue feel like the place to be on a Friday night. You'll own the full marketing mix at venue level, with the backing of the wider Locomotive marketing engine. What You'll Own Marketing calendar for each property — weekly programming, residencies, brand nights, talent moments, seasonal pushes. Local influencer and promoter network — recruitment, comps, hosting, conversion tracking. Guestlist program end-to-end — tooling, hosts, conversion, door experience. City-by-city PR — local press, lifestyle publications, nightlife blogs, radio. Day-to-day social and content output across venues (in partnership with central creative). Activations, sponsor pulls, and venue partnerships at the city level. Weekly performance reporting — revenue, attendance, influencer-driven traffic, cost per head. What We're Looking For 4+ years in nightlife marketing — clubs, festivals, lifestyle brands, or high-energy live properties. A real, working network in at least one major U.S. nightlife market. Experience running guestlist and door programs — operational understanding, not just marketing of. Native fluency on TikTok and Instagram, with a sharp sense of what works on nightlife social. Comfortable in a multi-venue environment where Friday and Saturday are the workdays that matter most. Numbers-literate — you can read a venue P&L, a flyer's CTR, and a guestlist conversion rate. Self-starter. The role has structure; the energy comes from you. Nice to Have Network across multiple cities. Background in EDM, hip-hop, Latin, or open-format club environments. VIP/bottle service marketing or coordination experience. DJ booking, talent buying, or programming adjacency. Multi-venue or hospitality group experience.
