This is not just a marketing role - it's an opportunity to shape how thousands of World Language teachers experience and discover tools that impact student learning every day. You'll lead strategy and execution across campaigns, content, conferences, and customer engagement, working closely with leadership to expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and deepen our connection with educators nationwide. About Us Since 1978, Teacher's Discovery has helped educators create engaging, meaningful classroom experiences through instructional resources, professional development, and classroom materials. Together with Voces Digital—an online World Language curriculum serving 4,000+ teachers and 150,000+ students daily—we support teachers with a full ecosystem of tools designed to build proficiency, engagement, and community in the classroom. Job Responsibilities Lead on marketing strategy across the World Language division (Voces, Flangoo, and Teacher's Discovery WL products) Manage a talented marketing team of 3-5 people who are already getting the word out and connecting with World Language teachers. Manage and track email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions Oversee and grow social media presence and paid advertising efforts Lead conference strategy and execution, including messaging, promotions, assets, and on-site presence Plan and promote webinars, workshops, and events that connect with teachers Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with product, sales, customer service, and PD initiatives Guide the creation of marketing content (emails, landing pages, videos, graphics, catalogs) Work with outside agencies on marketing campaigns Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for growth and ROI Contribute to overall brand voice, messaging, and positioning Required Skills 4+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership or ownership of campaigns/strategy Strong skills in copywriting and messaging (especially email and social media marketing) Experience with digital marketing channels (email, social, paid ads) Ability to think strategically while also keeping up with day-to-day work and obligations A positive outlook and focused interest in your role Strong organizational and project management skills Confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating across teams Experience working within brand guidelines and evolving them Passion for education (World Language experience is a plus, but not required) Why us?
