We're looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and accelerate brand growth across digital platforms. About the
Role:
The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of digital marketing experience , a passion for cars, and a proven track record of executing cost-effective marketing programs that deliver results. This role requires high energy & proactive , creative , strong communication skills , and the ability to generate fresh, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the internal marketing efforts : from planning to execution across all channels Act as marketing liaison with external agencies (branding, PR, advertising) Manage external freelancers : including graphic designers and video editors Build & manage cross-platform socials and post engaging, consistent content on
Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok User & Follower Engagement:
develop programs in-App and on socials to maximize engagement with the ModPro community Campaign development: from ideation to execution - originate concepts, oversee creative, and optimize for conversions Qualifications - Critical Differentiators (Must be Strong in these areas) 1. Demonstrated excellence at building from scratch or managing highly effective cross platform growth (
Ex:
on TT, YT, IG, growth in Followers, ideation thru deploying campaigns, Ads, Boosted posts, effective re-targeting, high engagement & conversion) 2. Demonstrated proficiency with critical tools in graphic design, mktg management & social media (
Ex:
Canva, Capcut, Sora, Photoshop, Hubspot, Meta, WordPress, MailChimp, etc.) 3. Highly effective, fearless, ability to move fast: demonstrated effectiveness at managing numerous workstreams & getting stuff done, i.e. a "beast" at pushing out high quality programs Qualifications - Other Key Attributes 5-10 years of digital marketing experience Education and/or certificates in marketing, communications, content marketing, SMMA, etc. Smart, creative thinker, proactive - if you don't know a tool, you go learn it Strong communication, copywriting skills Experience managing cost-conscious social media accounts and digital ad campaigns Experience supporting iOS & Android Apps is a plus Automotive interest or knowledge is a strong plus Likes to be out in the community, creating original content, photos/vids is a plus
Compensation:
