Remote with travel to properties as needed. Salary commensurate with experience. WorldSprings is the outdoor, social-wellness experience that helps every guest feel better through globally inspired soaking waters. We are searching for a strategic, hands on Paid Social & Search Media Manager who will manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns as well as lead and optimize paid search strategies across our multi-property portfolio. This role will blend creative thinking and SEM expertise with deep platform knowledge and performance analytics. They will own the full lifecycle of paid social and paid search advertising - from planning and forecasting to execution, optimization and reporting, in partnership with the broader marketing team.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and channel strategies and media plans across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms that drive bookings, attendance, and brand growth for all WorldSprings properties. Be in-platform daily to own campaign builds, targeting, budgeting, optimizations, and reporting end-to-end. Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency. Drive a rigorous testing roadmap (audiences, placements, messaging, creative formats). Own paid search and paid social strategies and execution across Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads for three properties. Create and management campaigns, ad groups, keyword strategies, bidding approaches, extensions, and audience segments inclusive of brand, non-brand, PMax, etc. Develop a comprehensive testing plan (copy, landing page pathways, keyword expansion, bidding strategies). Analyze daily and weekly performance, identifying optimizations tied to bookings, attendance, revenue, and CAC. Manage budgets and pacing to align with seasonality, promotions, and property specific priorities. Build forecasting models and participate in annual planning. Work cross-functionally with analytics, brand, onsite marketing, leadership and revenue teams to ensure alignment and support full-funnel efficiency. Maintain relationships, collaborate and stay up to date with platforms and platform reps. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
5+ years in one or both - paid search performance marketing with deep hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, performance Max, local campaigns) and Microsoft Ads and/or paid social media advertising experience managing large scale campaigns with proven performance results. Proven success driving measurable results for retail, hospitality, brick-and-mortar, or other 4-wall business (must have). Strategic thinker who loves getting into the details and comfortable executing end-to-end. Strong analytical mindset; excited by data, insights and performance storytelling. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker/BI tools, and conversion tracking (GA4 expertise preferred). Confident using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Hospitality or tourism experience a plus, not required. Ideal candidate will reside in Texas, Colorado or Utah where we have WorldSprings properties. May also consider other areas such as New York or Boston potentially.
