The Marketing Manager develops and implements the company's advertising, marketing, and communication channels regarding our projects in order to build brand awareness, increase sales, and ensure clear communications regarding a variety of matters. This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. This position may be hybrid in-office/work from home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design, manage and send email campaigns to email subscribers Create marketing material (online ads, project pages, sales pieces, etc.) Design, copy write and collaborate between teams to create high-quality bid proposals and RFP responses for new business Seek out, create, schedule and photograph content for social media channels Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms Retouch and edit photos for use across marketing channels Write and implement SEO strategy; create and update website pages and content Manage and maintain company website Prepare and develop case studies showcasing company projects Maintain project documentation and marketing department file organization to efficiently support other departments Update and distribute internal forms and documents Prepare, analyze and report analytics and website results Help construct and adhere to yearly marketing budget Create and implement marketing strategy Coordinate internal materials such as gear and business cards Maintain employee birthdays and anniversaries Develop additional methods and means to reach customers and potential customers Ideal Candidate possesses: Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with full ownership of their own time management Minimum of 2 years of corporate marketing experience B2B marketing experience and familiarity with B2B marketing trends Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once with relentless attention to detail and follow-through Strong work ethic Organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Keen eye for detail Knowledge of marketing trends Understanding of Google Analytics Experience creating high-quality proposals Vast understanding of social media, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook Experience creating email campaigns Experience with WordPress Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office products Photography experience Familiarity with
Canva, Google Suite and SEMrush Pay:
