Job DescriptionJob Function:
The Robotics Regional Marketing Manager leads and develops the regional marketing and communication team, ensuring clear priorities, alignment, and strong execution of the marketing roadmap. This role is responsible for driving regional marketing performance by accelerating lead generation, elevating brand awareness, and ensuring impactful communication across all channels. Acting as a key liaison between regional marketing, sales teams, and central teams, the manager ensures alignment and effective execution of strategies.

Reports to:

This position holds a regional scope for the Robotics division and reports to the Regional Division Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Central Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
Marketing strategy and executionDefine and execute regional marketing activities to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness.

Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs to guide regional initiatives and support Sales.

Ensure consistent and high-quality internal and external communication. Brand awareness across all channels (events, PR & digital)Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, conferences and customer engagements.

Develop and maintain relationships with local media, partners and industry influencers.

Expand digital presence to increase lead volume, improve lead quality and support overall brand visibility. Team leadership & global community engagementLead, develop and structure the regional marketing & communication team, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution.

Foster collaboration, autonomy and continuous learning within the team and the division.

Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, resource allocation and performance standards.

Collaborate closely with central teams and regional stakeholders (sales, marketing…) to ensure alignment, share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications7-10 years' experience in B2B marketing, including team leadershipWorking knowledge of core marketing fundamentals (brand positioning, content, digital, PR, events) and budget ownershipFluency in EnglishProven leadership experience managing a marketing team, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, social media, content marketing and CRM/analytics tools.

Ability to manage budgets, work autonomously and agility.

Professional proficiency in local language and English, with willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 25%)

Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 25%)This position will report to the Duncan, SC office with flexible (hybrid) schedule after completion of 90-day training program.
