The Role:
Eckoh isseeking a strategic and execution-oriented Customer Growth & Partner Marketing Manager to drive expansion pipeline, customer revenue growth, and partner-generated opportunities. This role is responsible for creating and executing programs that identify growth opportunities within our existing customer base, generate upsell and cross-sell pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and activate strategic partners. Success in this role will be measured by contribution to expansion pipeline, customer engagement, partner-sourced opportunities, and advocacy. The ideal candidate understands how to market to existing customers, influence buying committees, uncover new opportunities within accounts, and build programs that directly contribute to revenue growth. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
Customer Growth & Expansion Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing programs designed to generate expansion pipeline within existing customer accounts. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption opportunities. Build account segmentation strategies and targeted campaigns aligned to growth opportunities. Create customer journeys that drive awareness and adoption of new products, capabilities, and services. Execute campaigns that increase engagement among executive buyers, influencers, and decision-makers within existing accounts. Track and report on customer-sourced and marketing-influenced expansion pipeline.
Customer Advocacy:
Build and manage customer advocacy programs that support both expansion and new logo acquisition efforts. Recruit and maintain customer references for sales opportunities. Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories. Identify and secure customer speakers for webinars, events, and industry conferences. Manage customer review programs across industry platforms. Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Own the planning, recruitment, and execution of Customer Advisory Board programs. Develop executive-level agendas and facilitate strategic customer discussions. Gather customer insights that inform product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives. Leverage CAB relationships to identify expansion opportunities and strengthen executive engagement.
Partner Marketing:
Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. Manage partner webinars, joint content, email campaigns, and events. Identify opportunities to generate partner-sourced pipeline and increase market visibility. Build partner programs that support both customer expansion and new business opportunities.
Customer Events & Executive Engagement:
Plan and execute customer-focused webinars, executive roundtables, user groups, and customer events. Develop programs that strengthen customer relationships and create opportunities for account growth. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maximize pipeline outcomes from customer engagement activities.
Key Essential Skills:
5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, customer marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing. Experience building campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue outcomes. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and expansion strategies. Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience managing webinars, events, and executive-level customer programs preferred. Ability to balance strategy, execution, and performance measurement in a fast-paced environment.
