The Role:
Eckoh is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation & Campaign Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipelines, drive engagement, and support new customer acquisition. This role will own campaign strategy and execution across email, webinars, events, account-based marketing (ABM), content promotion, and social media. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Sales, SDRs, Digital Marketing, and Product Marketing. Key Functional Responsibilities:
Webinar & Event Marketing:
Own the planning and promotion of webinars, virtual events, and field marketing programs. Manage co-branded webinars with customers, partners, and industry organizations. Support trade shows, sponsorships, executive dinners, and regional events. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with Sales and SDR teams to develop targeted account engagement strategies. Build campaigns that increase engagement within key accounts. Support account-specific outreach and marketing initiatives. Lead Nurture & Marketing Automation Create and optimize email nurture programs. Support lead management processes and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Digital Marketing on conversion optimization and campaign performance. Content Promotion:
Develop promotion strategies for content, webinars, thought leadership, and product initiatives. Coordinate campaign execution across email, social media, paid media, and partner channels. Social Media Management:
Own the corporate LinkedIn strategy and editorial calendar. Coordinate thought leadership, customer stories, campaign promotion, partner content, and company updates. Manage social media performance reporting and employee advocacy initiatives. Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance and report on key demand generation metrics. Analyze marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue. Provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI. Key Essential Skills:
5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or field marketing. Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience with email marketing, webinars, events, and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience working closely with sales teams and SDR organizations. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. Our Culture:
