7+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Alliance & Marketing Manager/Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen our Oracle partnership. The ideal candidate will lead alliance marketing programs, manage joint campaigns, coordinate events, and collaborate with internal and Oracle stakeholders to generate business growth and increase brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Oracle alliance marketing strategies and campaigns. Plan and manage joint webinars, events, partner programs, and demand generation initiatives. Create marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and digital content for Oracle solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle partner managers and internal sales teams. Coordinate MDF (Marketing Development Funds) activities and marketing budgets. Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare marketing reports. Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of alliance initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities. Support internal communication and enablement related to Oracle alliance programs. Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to drive pipeline growth and partner success. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with strong Oracle alliance experience. Experience managing Oracle partner marketing programs and joint campaigns. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools. Strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI, EPM, CPQ, etc.). Knowledge of partner ecosystems, demand generation, and digital marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign analytics. Oracle partner marketing certification or related experience is a plus
