Join Our Team! We are seeking a creative and energetic Part-Time Marketing Manager / Marketing Intern with a passion for social media, content creation, and hospitality. The ideal candidate understands how to tell compelling stories, create engaging content, and build strong online communities while helping promote exceptional guest experiences. Hospitality, restaurant, winery, hotel, or event industry experience is highly preferred. Position Overview This role is perfect for a marketing student, recent graduate, aspiring content creator, or experienced marketer looking for flexible, part-time work. You will play a key role in developing content, managing social media, enhancing our online presence, and helping execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities Manage and grow all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create engaging photo, video, and written content Film, edit, and publish reels, stories, and short-form videos Develop and maintain a content calendar Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews Assist with influencer partnerships and community outreach Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters Monitor social media analytics and provide performance reports Help coordinate promotions, special events, and marketing campaigns Work closely with management to ensure brand consistency across all platforms Capture and showcase guest experiences, food, beverage, and event content Qualifications Experience with social media platforms and content creation Strong photography and videography skills Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Excellent writing and communication skills Creative, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or Hospitality students encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications Hospitality, restaurant, winery, hotel, or event industry experience strongly preferred Experience managing business social media accounts Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing Graphic design experience Understanding of guest engagement and online reputation management Experience creating content that showcases food, beverages, events, and guest experiences What We Offer Flexible schedule Hands-on marketing and hospitality experience Opportunity to build a portfolio of real-world work Creative freedom and input on marketing strategy Exposure to event marketing, social media growth, and brand development Potential for long-term growth within the company
