  • Project M is a premium, TCM-based supplement brand for midlife women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
We bridge ancient botanical wisdom and modern women's health. In the West, peri/menopause is often treated as a deficiency to be fixed. We view it as a transition to be supported. We bring this 600-year-old standard of care to the US market, merging the efficacy of TCM with the beauty, trust, and ease today's consumer expects.
  • The role
  • We are looking for a student or recent graduate for a paid internship or part-time role.
You can do this work entirely remotely on a flexible schedule that accommodates your classes and clinic hours. Our goal is to build out our social media presence from the ground up. You will work directly with the founder to translate complex TCM principles into modern, accessible, and highly engaging content, establishing Project M as a trusted authority for Western women. This is an opportunity to help build a brand that elevates how herbal medicine is understood and consumed.
  • What you will do
  • Create clear, beautiful Instagram posts and Stories, TikTok Reels, Pinterest posts, etc.
  • Plan, design, and schedule social media content that aligns with our aesthetic: clean, elevated, and grounded.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators and influencers. You will find partners who align with our honest, science-backed approach to women's health and coordinate authentic content collaborations.
  • Engage with our community. You will help women understand how botanical compounds support their body's capacity to recalibrate.
  • Help identify and monitor culturally relevant conversations around women's health, midlife, and natural resilience.
  • Who you are
  • A current acupuncture / herbal wellness student or recent graduate with a strong understanding of social media.
  • A social media native who loves creating Instagram, Tiktok and other types of social content.
  • Visually oriented. You have an eye for design and are comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite to build clean, minimalist social assets.
  • Self-directed. We are a small, remote team. You know how to manage your time, meet deadlines, and work independently.
