Your mission Leads integrated partner marketing strategies and complex co-marketing programs. Drives measurable business impact through strategic planning, execution, and optimization. What you'll do at UiPath Develop and lead integrated partner marketing strategies across partner channels Own performance of programs, including partner-sourced pipeline and ROI Translate business and partner objectives into effective joint marketing plans Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional and partner teams Identify and scale successful partner programs and best practices Drive innovation and continuous improvement in partner marketing Coach and develop team members What you'll bring to the team 7+ years experience in marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing Strong experience in B2B technology environments Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills Demonstrated ability to build and execute complex partner programs Ability to work in complex matrixed organizations Proven experience developing and leading integrated partner marketing programs or strategies Track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partner marketing programs Experience managing complex co-marketing campaigns and interdependency Demonstrated ability to translate business and partner objectives into effective marketing strategies and plans Experience making data-driven decisions to optimize program performance at scale Proven ability to identify and scale successful partner programs, frameworks, or approaches Experience solving complex partner marketing challenges requiring strategic and analytical thinking Experience influencing program direction, prioritization, and resource allocation Evidence of improving partner marketing effectiveness, performance frameworks, or execution models Leverages AI to create efficiencies and scale Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role. #LI-KS6 Maybe you don't tick all the boxes above—but still think you'd be great for the job?
