Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Personal Brand Manager to build and manage the online presence of a multi-hyphenate entrepreneur: a wellness company owner, corporate tech executive, mom, and wife. This is not a generic social media coordinator role — you'll be architecting a brand narrative that lives authentically across platforms, connects with a community of like-minded women, and reflects a real, textured life. You'll own the content strategy end to end: ideation, planning, production direction, and performance analysis. The right person understands how to make someone feel seen through a feed, not sold to. What You'll Do Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy across Tik Tok and Instagram Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned to key brand moments, business milestones, and personal storytelling Ideate and pitch original content concepts that blend wellness, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and executive life Coordinate and direct content creation — including photo/video shoots, Reels, and short-form video — in direct partnership with me Write and edit captions and some scripts in an authentic, conversational voice Manage community engagement: responding to comments and DMs, growing audience relationships Track performance analytics and adjust strategy based on data — follower growth, engagement rate, saves, reach Identify and manage brand partnership or collaboration opportunities Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats Who You Are 1+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or personal brand building A portfolio that demonstrates you've built or grown a personal brand (not just a company brand) Strong understanding of the wellness, lifestyle, and/or women's entrepreneurship space Skilled at creating content that feels real — you know the difference between polished and relatable, and you can do both Excellent writer with the ability to capture and adapt someone else's voice Self-starter who can manage timelines, deliverables, and creative direction without constant oversight
Bonus:
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Later or similar scheduling tools, and basic video editing Why This Role Is Different You won't be managing a personal brand that's already figured out — you'll be building one. The person behind this brand has a genuinely compelling story: running a wellness studio, holding a senior corporate role in tech, and navigating motherhood. Your job is to help her tell it in a way that's honest, inspiring, and community-driven. There's real runway here to grow with the brand.
