Job Description

Product Marketing ManagerLocation:
100% RemotePosition OverviewWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and positioning for a B2B SaaS product used by financial professionals. This role will lead product launches, craft messaging tailored to financial services buyers, enable sales and customer success, and partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and demand-gen teams to accelerate adoption and revenue. The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with experience launching new products and a deep understanding of marketing to financial professionals. Experience with PLG to SLG approaches and selling across SMB to enterprise segments is a plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and major feature releases in a B2B SaaS environment.

Create clear, differentiated messaging and positioning tailored to financial professionals and other target buyer personas.

Lead cross-functional launch activities with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen to ensure on-time, coordinated launches.

Produce sales enablement materialsbattle cards, pitch decks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and trainingto shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities, threats, pricing sensitivity, and product differentiation.

Define buyer personas, value propositions, and use-case narratives that resonate with financial services stakeholders.

Partner with marketing and content teams to create targeted campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, and product content that drive demand and adoption.

Establish and track success metrics (adoption, conversion, ARR expansion, win rates) and iterate on GTM tactics based on data and customer feedback.

Support pricing and packaging strategy decisions through market research and customer insights.

Advise on product roadmap prioritization from a go-to-market and customer-impact perspective.
QualificationsRequired:
5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrable ownership of product launches.
Required:
Proven experience launching new products or major feature sets to market, including end-to-end GTM execution.
Required:
Direct experience marketing to financial professionals or financial services organizations, with an understanding of their workflows, buying cycles, and regulatory considerations.
Required:
Strong product marketing skill setmessaging, positioning, competitive analysis, sales enablement, and GTM planning.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure launch and product marketing effectiveness.

Experience transitioning or operating across PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth) motion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
Nice to have:
Experience marketing and selling across SMB to enterprise segments, including enterprise GTM playbooks and channel strategies.
