Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-functional programs aimed at Sales Play Activation and Regional Product & Solutions Marketing initiatives. This role demands acting as a PMO Lead, driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of sales enablement and Go-To-Market (GTM) programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure consistent and scalable execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Own program plans, track progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-functional efforts and maintain alignment across different teams. Serve as the primary contact for program status updates and ensure operational excellence. Prepare and manage program documentation, governance, reporting, and communication. Support the development and rollout of sales enablement assets and drive their adoption.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced proficiency in PMO tools (PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel). Strong understanding of PMO practices and frameworks. Highly organized with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Industry Experience:

Experience in technology, digital services, or B2B marketing organizations is preferred.
