We're SignsRX USA•a custom signage and event branding company with production facilities in Colorado and California. We work with sports organizations, large-scale event activations, fitness competitions, and everything in between. Our client list includes CrossFit Games, Rogue Invitational, F1, Arnold Classic, USA Boxing, and USA Judo. We move fast, we do cool work, and we're looking for someone to help us show that to the world. ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a part-time marketing contractor to own our social media, email marketing, and Meta advertising•roughly 10 hours per week on an ongoing basis. This is a solo role where you'll get direction from the owner, then execute. Graphic Design:
Develop social content using Canva, Adobe, etc. that reflects our brand. Social Media Management:
Create and schedule content (primarily Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) that showcases our work and builds an engaged audience. Email Marketing:
Write and send campaigns through GoHighLevel that drive engagement and keep our clients and prospects informed. Meta Ads Management:
Build, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a clear focus on results. GoHighLevel Reporting:
Monitor performance inside GHL, make adjustments based on what's working, and flag what isn't. Performance Reporting:
Deliver a clear monthly report on what's performing, what's not, and what's next. EXPECTED OUTCOMES
First 15 Days:
Get up to speed on SignsRX's brand, voice, client base, and existing channels. Audit what we have. Within 30 Days:
Content calendar running, at least two email campaigns sent, Meta ads active or optimized. By Day 45: Reporting cadence in place, early results visible, and a clear view of what's working and where to push harder. NEED TO HAVE
GoHighLevel (GHL) : Hands-on experience is required•not just familiar. This platform runs our marketing stack. Meta Ads Manager:
Proven track record running and optimizing campaigns. Show us what you've done. Design Experience:
Ability to create or edit social and email graphics. Canva, Adobe, or similar. Copywriting:
You can write in a brand's voice, not just produce generic content. Strong grammar, punchy copy. Visual Eye:
Comfortable working with or directing visual content that performs on social. Self-Starter:
You execute with minimal supervision. We give direction•you take it from there. Experience:
2+ years in digital marketing, ideally with B2B service companies, events, fitness, or trades. LinkedIn :
Experience managing and growing a LinkedIn presence for a business. Content creation, engagement, and audience building on the platform. NICE TO HAVE
Passionate:
You follow events, competitions, or fitness culture•you get what we do and why it matters. Industry Adjacent:
Background in signage, print, events, or trades gives you a head start on understanding our clients. Portfolio Ready:
